Review the terms of using the FastChange service

Go to Exchange

1. Terms and Definitions

"Service" — the FastChange website providing cryptocurrency exchange services. "Client" — an individual using the Service for exchange. "Order" — a request submitted by the client for cryptocurrency exchange specifying the direction, amount, and receiving details. "Rate" — the ratio of exchanged assets, based on market data or fixed for a period specified by the Service.

2. Registration and Usage

Registration is not required to make an exchange. The client specifies the exchange direction, amount, and receiving details. Account registration is only needed for order history access and account management. The client is responsible for the security of their authorization credentials.

3. Exchange Process

The client selects the exchange direction, specifies the amount and receiving details. After confirming the order, payment details are generated. The client transfers the specified amount to the designated address within the established timer. After the transaction is confirmed by the network, the Service processes the payout to the client's specified details.

4. Payment Deadlines

Payment must be made within 90 minutes of order creation. After this period, the order is automatically cancelled, and the rate and payment details may change. In case of partial payment after the deadline, funds are returned minus the network fee.

5. Rates and Fees

The service fee is included in the exchange rate. No additional hidden charges apply. When choosing "best rate", the calculation is recalculated before payment according to the current market situation. When choosing "fixed rate", the calculation is locked for the specified period. The Service is not responsible for changes in market rates after order creation.

6. AML/KYC

The Service does not conduct identity verification (KYC) and does not apply automated anti-money laundering (AML) checks to standard exchanges. Exchange is performed without providing documents or personal data.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

An order may be cancelled by the client before payment is received. After payment is received, cancellation is not possible. If the payout cannot be completed for technical reasons, funds are returned in full to the sending address minus the network fee. Refund period is up to 24 hours from the moment the issue is detected.

8. Liability

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided details, network, and amount. The Service is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network. The Service is not liable for delays caused by blockchain network congestion. The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the exchange amount of the specific order.

9. Force Majeure

Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, blockchain network technical failures, actions of third parties beyond the Service's control.

10. Contacts and Dispute Resolution

For exchange-related inquiries, contact the Service support via Telegram or email. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred for review in accordance with applicable law. By using the Service, the client confirms they have read and agree to these rules.
